Épines dorsales (Total) : 9; Rayons mous dorsaux (Total) : 20 - 22; Épines anales: 3; Rayons mous anaux: 16 - 18. Greenish blue above, silvery grey below; blackish blotch on upper opercular margin; caudal fin yellowish (Ref. 3197). Adult males with 3-8 central dorsal and anal filamentous rays; LL with 17-29 scutes.
