Head cobalt blue, body blue-streaked bronzy-yellow.

Found on rocky substrate. Feeds on benthic organisms like worms, ascidians, crustaceans, mollusks and algae (Ref. 5213). Rarely caught by shore anglers. Esteemed food fish. Sold fresh in markets.
