Africa: widespread in the Congo River basin in Cameroon, Republic of Congo and Democratic Republic of the Congo (Ref. 47774). Also in the upper Ogowe in Gabon and upper Kouilou-Niari basin in Republic of Congo (Ref. 47774, 80395).
