Prefers floodplain to riverine habitats but does occur in rocky areas where habitats are restricted (Ref. 52193). It feeds on typical squeaker diet of detritus, algae and benthic invertebrates (Ref. 52193). Oviparous (Ref. 205). Distinct pairing during breeding (Ref. 205). Lives for 4 or 5 years (Ref. 7248).
喜歡洪泛區棲息地到河邊棲地但是不會出現在棲息地被限制的岩石區。 吃碎屑,藻類與底棲的無脊椎動物的典型咬齧者食性。 卵生的.(參考文獻 205) 在繁殖的時候明顯的成對。 (參考文獻 205) 達 4 或 5 年住。 (參考文獻 7248)
