Distinguished from all congeners by the following combination of characters: caudal end of the anal fin with a clear patch; dorso-posterior portion of the preopercle with two laterosensory canal pores ( from the preopercular-mandibular series); progressive loss of alternating dark and light pigments bands with the size; head length, 10.2-11.2% total length; anal fin pterygiophores with many scales (9-10); few pored lateral-line scales to first ramus (47-48); total number of pored lateral-line scales 84 (n=1); relatively large eye, orbital diameter 8.5-9.0% HL) (Ref. 54466).
在組合特徵之後與所有的同類區分了藉由: 臀鰭有一個清澈的小區塊的尾部末端; dorso-在後部部分那前鰓蓋骨有二個側線管孔;( 從前鰓蓋骨-顎骨的系列) 改革論者用大小消失的交互深色而淡的有顏色條紋; 頭長,10.2-11.2% 全長; 臀鰭支鰭骨有許多鱗片 (9-10); 少數的有孔對第一個分支的側線鱗片了;(47-48) 有細孔側線鱗片 84(n=1) 的總數; 相當大的眼, 眼窩的直徑 8.5-9.0% HL).(參考文獻 54466)
