生態学
海 深海浮遊性; 海洋回遊性 (Ref. 51243); 深さの範囲 0 - 850 m (Ref. 4479). Deep-water
Eastern Atlantic: disjunct distribution between the 30°N and about 20°N, and between 13°S and 23°S. Elsewhere, in the Atlantic, in central regions of anticyclonic gyrals in both hemispheres.

High-oceanic (Ref. 4479). Found at 425-850 m during the day and nyctoepipelagic at the surface and down to 175 m (maximum abundance at 51-100 m) (Ref. 4479).
