Taxonomic Remarks
The genus Crossostoma Sauvage, 1878 is the junior homonym of Crossostoma Morris & Lycett, 1851. It is recommended that Formosania Oshima, 1919 replaces the fish genus Crossostoma (Ref. 56696).
