Vértebra: 178 - 186. Nearly uniform pallid coloration, browner above lateral midline; depth 52-59 times in TL; head 10-17 times in TL; dorsal fin arises above mid-head; anterior nostrils nearly flush with snout; vomerine teeth uniserial except for an anterior pair; four mandibular pores (Ref. 43688).
