Dorsale stekels (totaal) : 7; Dorsale zachte stralen (totaal) : 8 - 9; Anale stekels: 1; Anale zachte stralen: 6 - 8. Rear edge of caudal fin rounded (Ref. 31187). Broad orange-yellow background with 2-3 wavy dark brown stripes and some pearly round spots on pectoral fin base, a red net-like pattern on opercle, a red brown vertical line below anterior part of eye and an orange first dorsal fin in males (Ref. 31187).
