Diagnosis: last simple dorsal-fin ray smooth on hind margin; scale formula 3.5/19-21/2.5; 1.5 scales between lateral line and pelvic-fin base; 8-9 scales around caudal peduncle; lateral-line scales distinctly larger than other scales on sides; 8 branched dorsal fin rays; no barbels; lateral line incomplete, deeply depressed below dorsal fin; maximum reported size 23 mm SL; back blackish; dorsal and anal fins with black band; black bar on eye (Ref. 2940, 81282).
最体型小。 小的嘴, 不完全的侧线缩小成一些穿孔了。 比其它大的侧线的鳞片。 淡黄色的背面, 鳞片有黑色边缘了。 在头部两侧上的黑色的线或斑纹从吻尖到鳃盖。 斜的淡红斑纹与也许也在背鳍与臀鳍上的 1-2 黑色斑纹。 背鳍与臀鳍两者都有 3个单一的鳍条。
