背棘 (總數) : 4; 背的軟條 (總數) : 8; 臀棘: 3; 臀鰭軟條: 5. Preserved color brownish yellow, dusky above, paler below; nape with a dark spot. Dorsal profile with hump on nape; snout broad and rounded. 9-10 scales from nape to dorsal; 2.5-3 scales between ventral origin and lateral line.
Body shape (shape guide): fusiform / normal; Cross section: compressed.
保存標本的顏色黃褐色的, 暗色的上方, 腹面灰白的; 後頸具有一個深色的斑點。 背面輪廓用隆起在後頸上; 吻寬與圓形的。 9-10個鱗片從後頸到背部的; 2.5-3 在腹的起源與側線之間的鱗片。
