Many interconnected whitish blotches on body. Body with many interconnected whitish blotches. Snout, 5.4 - 5.75 in head. Caudal peduncle depth 3.2-3.6 in head; length 4.35-5.5 in head.
Inhabits coral reef. Benthic (Ref. 75154). Cryptic (Ref 90102).
