Etymology: Entomocorus: Greek, entomos = cut, sharpen + Greek, kore = pupil (Ref. 45335).
Eponymy: Marcus Benjamin (1857–1932) was a chemist, educated at the School of MInes, Columbia Unversity. He switched to becoming an editor, and from 1896 he edited the Smithsonin’s publications. In WW1 he served in naval intelligence. (Ref. 128868), visit book page.
