شعاع نرم باله پشتي (کل) : 12 - 13; شعاع نرم باله مخرجي: 8. No lateral line; no head pores; 9 1/2 branched dorsal rays; 14 branched caudal rays; body depth 20-25% SL; dorsal head length 16-21% SL; color pattern usually consisting of large dark spots (Ref. 12040).
Inhabits torrential waters under rocks.
