Metamorphosed females distinguished by the following characteristics: length of illicium 203-231% SL; five pairs of large distal escal filaments; 12-26 proximal filaments centered on anterior margin of escal bulb; absence of escal papillae; short dentary teeth (longest 2.5-2.6% SL), arranged posteriorly in four longitudinal series (Ref. 86949).
