Spine anali: 12 - 18. Suborbital large, with naked zone behind. Predorsal line fully scaled. No caudal gland or modified scale in adult males. Interhaemals 16 to 26. Series of interhaemal spines on adult males forming keel on lower edge of caudal peduncle.
