Maturity: Lm ?  range ? - ? cm
Max length : 5.9 cm SL male/unsexed; (Ref. 39226)
Dorsal soft rays (total): 12; Anal soft rays: 8. Color pattern consisting of a wide longitudinal dark stripe superposed over the bar pattern and obscuring it, its width under dorsal origin is about 2.0-2.3 times in body depth; color pattern usually over a dark background (juveniles apparently go through various color patterns during their growth and large specimens usually dull dark brown).
