configuration of pores of seismosensory system of head: B', D(s), E, F, G, H'; the two first rays of first dorsal fin substantially elongated and filamentous; all rays of vertical fins unbranched; most internal rays of right and left pelvic fin connected to each other with membrane at one-fourth of their basal length; caudal fin lanceolate; approximately 8 anterior transversal scale rows on body are cycloid; subsequent 17 scale rows are ctenoid; ctenii arranged in row and are numerous; presence of a large longitudinally elongated pigmented spot under eye; other pigmented pattern on body and fins of preserved fish absent (Ref. 117107). |
