Diagnosis |
This species is distinguished from its congeners, except H. divisorensis, by the presence of a wide black asymmetrical spot covering base of caudal-fin rays and extending along entire length of caudal-fin rays 9 to 12-13. It differs from H. divisorensis by the absence of a black band in the lower half of the caudal peduncle from the region above the last anal-fin rays to the caudal-fin base, and by the smaller number of scales along anal-fin base scale sheath (15-16 vs. 17-22) (Ref. 85819). |
