This species is distinguished by the following set of characters: body covered with ctenoid scales; two lateral lines with about 10 tubular scales; posterodorsal end of the opercle with a small hook; branchiostegal rays 6; conical teeth small; gill rakers well-developed (Ref. 131869). |
