Semi-preserves
(English) Products consisting mainly of fish or fish products or other marine animals stabilized for a limited period (1-2 month usually) by appropriate treatment and sealed in containers, light tight under normal pressure; or not sealed in containers, the shelf life being extended by chill storage. (See also: Chilled fish)
