Symptoms: In the blood stream.  
Treatments: Treat with Metronidazole (Dose: 400-600 mg/100 liter for 3 days) with food or as a bath for 3 days. For 24 hour bath, Methylene Blue (1 gm/10L water) could be used. This treatments are seldom successful. An anti-malaria could also be effective. Ref. 41805.  
Prophylaxis:    
Remarks: This parasite causes damage in case of a mass infection or when a fish is already weak ('Sleeping disease'). Ref. 41805. Also Ref. 045600.
