Distribution: Africa: middle Congo River basin, from Pool Malebo (Ref. 41585) up to the Wagenia Falls (Ref. 106245), in Democratic Republic of the Congo. Report from Odzala National Park (Republic of Congo)(Ref. 85331) is a misidentification of P. arnegardi(Ref. 96601).
