Family:  Labrisomidae (Labrisomids)
Max. size:  6.5 cm TL (male/unsexed)
Environment:  reef-associated; marine; depth range 0 - 8 m
Distribution:  Eastern Central Pacific: Gulf of California.
Diagnosis:   
Biology:  Relatively common on rocky, weed covered reefs from tide pools to 8 m depth. Feeds on invertebrates (Ref. 11482).
IUCN Red List Status: Least Concern (LC); Date assessed: 25 May 2007 Ref. (130435)
Threat to humans:  harmless
