Environment:  demersal; freshwater
Distribution:  Asia: known only from Sabah, northern Borneo, Malaysia.
Diagnosis:  Dorsal spines (total): 1-1; Dorsal soft rays (total): 4-4; Anal soft rays: 60-66
Biology:  Adults inhabit rivers as well as small forest tributaries. Also Ref. 84801.
