Distribution:  Western Pacific: Japan, South China Sea, Philippines and Australia.
Diagnosis:  Dorsal spines (total): 7-7; Dorsal soft rays (total): 17-17; Anal spines: 0-0; Anal soft rays: 18-18
Biology:  Found on the continental shelf and continental slope. Benthic (Ref. 75154).
