Diagnosis: |
Dorsal spines (total): 4-4; Dorsal soft rays (total): 9-9; Anal spines: 0-0; Anal soft rays: 9-9. Infraorbital canal with no short downward branch at anterior part.. Preopercular spine straight, with an antrorse process at base, 2 to 9 very short upward process on inner side. Second dorsal fin with many small dark spots. Lower margin of anal fin black. Attains 18 cm SL. |
