Lateral line complete, not markedly declivitous anteriorly; 1 scale row between lateral line and pelvic-fin origin; 10-11 predorsal scales; distance between dorsal-fin origin and middle of caudal-fin base equal to distance between anterior margin of eye and dorsal-fin origin; a dark lateral stripe from upper extremity of gill opening to caudal-fin base, somewhat more intense posteriorly, not extending on caudal fin, width 1.5-2 scale rows; narrow light stripe above lateral stripe; body depth 3.6-4.4 times in SL; head length 3.6-4.2 times in SL; anal fin hyaline (Ref. 36949). |
