Family:  Pomacentridae (Damselfishes), subfamily: Pomacentrinae
Max. size:  6.937 cm SL (male/unsexed)
Environment:  reef-associated; marine; depth range 2 - 22 m
Distribution:  Western Central Pacific: Known from the southern Marshall Islands at Majuro and Mili Atoll. It was not found in the northern Marshalls at Enewetak Atoll, the site of extensive fieldwork by both authors.
Diagnosis:   
Biology:  Life history characteristics for the family specify that this group is oviparous, with distinct pairing during breeding (Ref. 205). Eggs are demersal and adhere to the substrate (Ref. 205). Males guard and aerate the eggs (Ref. 205). Diurnal species (Ref. 54980; 113699).
