This species is characterized by the following: no pyloric caeca; terminal mouth; weakly notched pectoral fin; opening of opercle extends down to 1st-3rd pectoral fin rays; head 18-20%, anteanal distance 28-31% SL; peritoneum black, stomach dark brown (Ref. 44814). | |||
