Diagnosis: |
Dorsal soft rays (total): 6-6; Anal soft rays: 3-4; Vertebrae: 36-36. Lower lip with a median notch and having a posterior margin with small laciniate projections. Caudal fin emarginate. Male genital papilla immediately behind the anus in a depression terminating posteriorly with a straight transverse wall. Maxillary barbel with rounded tip and laciniate posterior margin (Ref. 44353). |
