Oregonichthys kalawatseti is very similar to O. crameri but can be distinguished by having unscaled or partly scaled breast, slightly subterminal mouth, and 34-40 scales on lateral line (Ref. 86798). |
Inhabits sluggish sand- and gravel-bottomed runs, pools and backwaters of creeks and small rivers as well as sloughs. Usually found near vegetations (Ref. 86798). |
