Environment:  benthopelagic; freshwater
Distribution:  North America: Found in the main channel of Cahaba River, Shelby and Bibb counties in Alabama, USA.
Diagnosis:   
Biology:  Found in flowing pools, usually over sand or gravel, less often near rocky riffles.
