Max. size:  5.9 cm TL (male/unsexed)
Environment:  pelagic; freshwater
Distribution:  Africa: Lake Tumba and rivers Ruki (Ref. 41585), Itimbiri (Ref. 41585, 106290) and Aruwimi (Ref. 106290) in Democratic Republic of the Congo. Report from Pool Malebo (Ref. 41585) questionable, possibly referring to the middle Congo River about 50km upstream of Pool Malebo.
