Biology: |
Preferred habitat is uncertain. Some specimens have been dredged, others have been taken among loose seaweed and floating dead Zostera sp. Over fine sand bottom. Ovoviviparous (Ref. 205). The male carries the eggs in a brood pouch which is found under the tail (Ref. 205). Males may be brooding at 12.3 cm SL. |
