Dorsal spines (total): 0-0; Dorsal soft rays (total): 22-23; Anal spines: 0-0; Anal soft rays: 3-4. Side and dorsum of body with about 15 diffuse dark brown bars separated by 2-3 pale or mottled interspaces; venter of trunk with light brown bar on each ring (Ref. 4281). |
Biology: |
Ovoviviparous (Ref. 205). The male carries the eggs in a brood pouch which is found under the tail (Ref. 205). |
