Environment:  demersal; marine; depth range 0 - 60 m
Distribution:  Northwest Pacific: Sea of Okhotsk from the Bay of Penzhinsk to the Shantar Islands.
Diagnosis:  Dorsal soft rays (total): 110-111; Anal soft rays: 89-90; Vertebrae: 106-115. First interneural located to the rear of the osseous process of the 2nd-4th vertebrae. Anterior to the first caudal vertebra 4-6 rays of anal fin on 5-7 interhaemals (Ref. 33657).
Biology:  Inhabits intertidal and shallow subtidal zones (Ref. 11954).
