Description: Characterized by pale greyish color with yellow hue on head; yellow iris; depth of body at gill opening 16-20 in TL; origin of dorsal fin above or slightly posterior to gill opening; anus well anterior to middle of body, preanal length 2.5-2.8 in TL; short and smooth teeth; three rows of maxillary teeth, innermost row largest; biserial vomerine teeth; uniserial to biserial dentary teeth (Ref. 90102). |
