Environment:  demersal; freshwater
Distribution:  Asia: India. Reported from Brahmaputra River in Tibet (Ref. 32617) and upper Salween basin (Ref. 58784).
Diagnosis:   
Biology:  Found in mountain rapids (Ref. 41236). Feeds on insect larvae and benthic organisms (Ref. 58784).
