| This species is apparently a relatively deep-reef inhabitant primarily associated with small caves in the vertical slopes of the drop-offs. Collected by rotenone or clove oil from outer reef, vertical wall of drop-off with small caves, broad sandy ledge at 30 m, some gorgonians, sea fans, sponges, various hard corals, Acropora, Pocillopora, Halimeda (Ref. 122127). |
