Max. size:  8.6 cm SL (male/unsexed)
Environment:  bathypelagic; marine; depth range 0 - 310 m
Distribution:  Pacific Ocean: in equatorial waters.
Diagnosis:  A single, thin, simple-branched barbel arising from the stem, the branch length is barely half that of distal barbel. The terminal filaments are simple and short, not or barely reaching beyond the bulb tip (Ref, 34246).
