Barbel with a single-based branch arising from stem; 4-6 lateral branches arising from medial branch, proximal pair from just distal to origin of medial branch; all branches with rounded, club-shaped tips; stem pigmented up to terminal bulb; bulb elongate, occupying most of distal barbel with slight constriction and internal pigment distally; a medial row of 8-10 prominent terminal filaments around distal tip and 1-3 pairs of small, lateral terminal filaments near ventral side of constriction in bulb (Ref. 45801). |
