Distribution:  Africa: middle and upper Congo River basin, including the middle Congo River (Ref. 41591, 46880), Kasai (Ref. 41591), Itimbiri (Ref. 41590, 106290), Tshopo (Ref. 41594), Wagenia Falls (Ref. 106245) and Lualaba (Ref. 45434), in Democratic Republic of the Congo.
Diagnosis:  Description: A single pair of barbels (Ref. 122753).
