Dorsal mid line of escal bulb with single, darkly pigmented anteriorly directed papilla, flanked on each side; slender, compressed, posterior appendage; anterior margin lightly pigmented, length approximately equal to length of escal bulb; darkly pigmented swollen basal portion of posterior appendage (holotype); lower jaw teeth 44-88; teeth on vomer 3-6; dorsal fin rays 6-7; anal fin rays 5-6; pectoral fin rays 15-16 (Ref. 86949). | |||
