Max. size:  9 cm TL (male/unsexed)
Environment:  reef-associated; marine; depth range 2 - 10 m, non-migratory
Distribution:  Western Central Pacific: described from two aquarium dealer specimen believed to have originated in the vicinity of Cebu, Philippines.
Diagnosis:  Dorsal spines (total): 10-11; Dorsal soft rays (total): 16; Anal spines: 2-2; Anal soft rays: 14
Biology:  Habitat information unavailable. Oviparous, distinct pairing during breeding (Ref. 205). Eggs are demersal and adhere to the substrate (Ref. 205). Males guard and aerate the eggs (Ref. 205). Breeding in captivity is possible (Ref. 130462).
