| Biology: | Occurs in riffles, in clear, fast-flowing water (Ref. 27732). Found in small creek with sandy bottom and moderate current (Ref. 37841) and hill streams (Ref. 58784). Feeds on insect larvae and benthic organisms (Ref. 58784). | |||
