Remarks Immature live in shallow waters, occasionally inshore (Ref. 30424). Mesopelagic (Ref. 5951). Adults prey on fish (Ref. 30424), juveniles feed on small crustaceans, euphausiids, amphipods, rarely on fishes (Ref. 3663).
