Remarks Prefers fast water with rocky bottom and seldom occurs over sand or in aquatic vegetation (Ref. 13337). Frequency of occurence in Caprivi: occasionally in sandy streams (Ref. 037065). Feeds on aquatic insect larvae, crustaceans, molluscs and small fish.
