Remarks Was observed to feed at virtually all times of the day, indicating that this fish is neither strictly diurnal or nocturnal foragers. Feeds in groups. By preying on benthic meiofauna and macrofauna, these gobies transfer the immense productivity of the estuary to higher trophic levels (Ref. 26474).
