Description of culture system |
Forty fingerlings (`Ivory Coast strain') stocked in a 0.25 x 0.30 x 2.1 m stainless steel trough were used in an experiment to compare cold tolerance among different strains. The mean lower lethal temperature was determined for each strain. |
